Joe understands how insurance-related legislation can affect his clients’ interests, and knows how the Texas Legislature works when it considers insurance issues.

Joe has provided his expertise on insurance matters in testimony to the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and before several legislative committees, including the House Committee on Insurance and the Senate Committee on Business and Commerce.
